Tile mosaics?

I'm looking to match a current floor tile mosaic that is in our new home. There are just a few pieces that have come off, and I went to Home Depot hoping to find the same tile that I could cut and paste down, but they didn't quite have anything that fit nicely. Here's a picture of the current tile:

My question is, does anyone know where I can find the missing pieces or a way to craft the pieces?

In the tile section of Home Depot they have a pretty good assortment of neutral

colored caulks. You might be able to fill in the areas.

I'm sure if you search tile suppliers online, like Daltile or The Tile Shop.com, you will eventually find some speckled/spattered tile in a similar color. Finding the exact match is unlikely in the extreme. But with a wet saw and some determination, you could probably cut some pieces and fill in the pattern. You'll have to buy a whole box of tile (and pay that freight) to get the few crumbs you need.
IDK, maybe it would be easier to borrow some tile from under a sink or inside a closet. Failing that, cut the entire transition area back a few inches and set a marble threshold or wood saddle.
