My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Elm seedlings.

We've the gravel over fabric where they would have once planted lawn grass.

Then the neighbors elm trees seeded and we actually had some rain. Now We have a lawn of elm. Will they die off. It may not rain again this year, or should we spray them?
