Gray or brown would be my choice.

I would go with gray, but I like the look of sinks blending into the countertop instead of standing out.

The gray might look nice...have you seen a color sample in person? It has a really nice sparkle to it :-) We went w/ anthracite but have black granite countertops.

I think you should call Blanco and get a few samples to be sure. That's what I did. Just looking at the picture though, I would say cinder color might look best. I think it's a warmer gray than the metallic gray.

I have the cinder and to me it's almost a mash up of brown, black and grey. It gives a softer feel than the black. I wanted the brown but DH was a no vote! My granite is called, aries white and has white, grey, black and brown. It was a good compromise.

I agree with jdez. If it doesn't cost too much, get the 2 greys, brown and balck so you can see them in person. This is an expensive and long term endeavor. Might as well be prudent in choosing so you are totally happy with the end result and aren't wondering, what if... ;)

looking at the color samples from blanco, i would prob go with "cinder" or "truffle",...like stated above, i would like the sink to blend with counters and i would order samples to be sure. i wouldn't do the black b/c it shows Everything, and that would annoy me to no end...

We just had the "truffle" installed in our laundry room. I almost went with black, but so glad I didn't. Truffle is beautiful in person. It's a grey with a hint of brown. Our granite in the laundry room has a lot of black in it, but it looks great with the truffle color.

Ok, I'm bumping and "adding" to this thread. So, we've narrowed down the sink to Truffle or Anthracite Precis super single. More questions abound. SO... Stainless steel appliances... We're considering ORB or black hardware on our cabinets. If this is the case, would you go ORB/Black Faucet, or stainless? I know this is opinion based, but that's what I'm interested in, people's opinions.

A couple we thought were ok. We're going to a giant pull shop this week as the box stores, cabinet stores have limited options.

I really like the finish of those with the cabs. Not sure right off hand what faucet finish I would get. If you get dark, it will be very fluid and matched, and dark. If you go SS, it will break things up some, lighten it up a bit and add some contrast. Which of those two looks appeals to you more? Like I said, I honestly can't say right now, will get back to you after thinking on it.

My first thought was Truffle. Cafe Brown would be really nice too. I think the granite colors will be the deciding factor and your photo doesn't show enough color detail (can you post a closeup pic or did you not get one?).

The metallic grey has sparkles which some like and some don't. The Truffle is the nicest color IMHO. Here's a photo of one of our displays. It is a warm gray (not cool/blue). Countertop is Cambria Newquay.

Assuming you went with those cabs and that finish or similar on the hardware, and a darker sink, I would go with a darker finish on the faucet.
