Could you paint the garage doors the color of the siding?

Cascio--the Landscape Architect, The plant on the left is not a spruce. It is a weeping Atlas Cedar which is PERFECT for tight quarters since they stay small with light pruning. I have had these plants for years and years and have easily maintained their original footprint. If desired, they can be trained horizontally for a fair distance along that front bed, something I would not recommend here.

The similar looking tree to the right of the front steps looks like it might be a regular Atlas Cedar which is indeed way too big to put in front of a house not the size of an English castle. The other plants look like daylilies and stachys--plants eminently suited to a small space. The burgundy plant on the right looks like a Japanese Maple or a lorepetalum--also plants eminently suited to a front yard. I have absolutely no idea why you do not consider this landscaping.

Paint front door any blue shade.

I second happyleg's suggestion. Paint door blue.

I would do stone veneer where the brick is and paint the house a different color. I think the creamy yellow and brown together date the house.
