Dwarfism in sheep

Has anyone experienced this before? We believe our one lamb may have it. At first we just thought she was smaller than the other of her sisters. We thought it was just that she has more of the Icelandic traits coming out and she likely doesn't get as much of the milk because her sisters are larger. This past month though we've noticed despite a healthy build for her size, no signs of malnourishment, a very large rumen she just isn't growing at the rate her sisters are and is actually more noticeable difference now. Her facial features also remind me somewhat of a "bull dog" dexter calf. It's raining today so I couldn't get a good picture. Her mother is a Rideau Arcott x British Milk sheep. Her father was Icelandic and he was small for an Icelandic but not super small.

What are the implications of a sheep with dwarfism if that is what it is? Could I still breed her but to a smaller breed, such as a Southdown? She's a lovely little lamb and it's adorable to see her waddle around with a girth almost as wide as she is long. The two of her sisters actually have an improved build from what their mother was so I don't think it's just the combination of breeds.
