incredible. wondering if you could share waht the ceiling height is. also, what is tge distance between the top of your range and the bottom of the hood?

Cieling is 100 inches and bottom of hood is 72 inches off the floor or roughly about 36 inches above the countertop. This is mounted higher than recommended by the manufacturer but their recommendations are outright silly most of the time and sometimes even dangerous. Mounting the hood a foot lower and 24 inches off the countertop as often recommended would put the hood in the chef's face and would be less attractive. 30 inches above the counter is the absolute lowest height I would recommend.

Where did you get the range hood? Can you provide the brand? Does it come in 36 inch?
