My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

70 brick update

We have completely gutted house so it's like new on inside but outside is stuck in 70's. New roof and windows already. Thinking of painting. Ideas?

    I personally wouldn't paint the brick. You definitely don't need shutters. I would just beef up the entry (wider and taller porch so the floor hits the base of the door, iron railing, more substantial white posts, and wider walkway). Black accents (light, mailbox, house numbers) will complement it well.
