Turn on your Houzz messaging/email: Up on the upper right click on "Your Houzz", then click on Edit Profile, next go to advanced settings (list on the left side) and scroll way way down to where it says "who can message me" and change it to "allow anyone to message me". Hope that helps. When you want to message someone, click on their screenname in a post, it will pull up their profile and on the upper right, you will see a white box labeled message. Note: if you click on your own name, you do not see this box.
