I bought an Elephant Ears pepper plant as a starter this spring. I don't usually buy starters but this one sounded interesting and I had never heard of it before. From what I can tell it sounds like they have peppers that are sweet and somewhat like a regular bell pepper only bigger. Has anyone grown one of these and if so, what can I expect?
