My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Yes it is! This house was built in 1917 so the roof needed to be re-laid and some tiles needed replacing. Not cheap but this roof should last another 100 years. We also restored the windows instead of replacing them. With good maintenance they should last another 100 years too. I hope that helps.
