My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Kitchen pass through?

Should we create a pass through bartop within the existing arch or take out the whole wall. The wall between them is the wall that the stove is on.

    We have a 1929 cottage home with a similar floorplan to yours. We have a passthrough the prev. owner put in. It makes the house look "modern" but we don't have modern taste. If I were you, I would not do it.
