Commercial vinyl plank. We use it in the homes I work in for disabled people and it stands up to the chairs and lifts with no issues.

Yep. Commercial grade vinyl glue in place product. The glue in place planks will work. Vinyl tile is better but not the look everyone wants. It should be commercial grade and it should be glue in place.

Electric wheel chairs have very aggressive wheels (hard rubber that can chew up flooring) and the motor will often cause the wheels to spin quickly (start and stop). This level of wear usually needs a commercial grade product. They stand up much better to elecric wheel chairs than any residential product. And it can be slighly cheaper (not as pretty) to purchase. The glue down install should be close to half the cost of the project so be prepared for that.
