I planted three picotee begonias three weeks ago. All of them have sprouted (one barely, but has a few leaves popping up). The other two are slightly bigger, but it seems like they aren't growing much now. Any ideas as to why? They do see the sun from about 3:00 on until dark, but in the shade the rest of the time.
