My guess is they got them from a company called Fountains Unique - I think it is their Bologna spout. I learned about this company from a photo on Houzz where AMS was kind enough to provide the name of the supplier. I purchased two spouts from them and I can't say enough good things about Tony Wyatt and the valuable advice he shared to help me choose and install the spouts.
