My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello. Sorry for my slow response - I wanted to double check before I told you.

    The Room is / was: 13'-10" x 12'-6" - However once we put in the built ins and fireplace the room / area is now approx. 11'-6" x 12'-6".

      @John Systermans The great thing about have a tilt or full mount bracket for your T.V. is, you can adjust your T.V. to your viewing pleasure. Even if you have to mount it higher that eye-level, you can mount it tilted so it reaches a comfortable level for viewing. Hiring a professional takes the guess-work out of this- they do this all the time.
