I have GO Light with a similar floor tile and vanity as yours. I was restricted by the available remnants, and that's as light a granite as I could find. I'm picky about flooring and counter working together, and the warmer tone of the GO seems to work better with the floor tile. I like the Delicatus too, but it's cooler. However, it would be my choice if it goes with the beiges you have planned, just because I like a lot of light tones in granite. These are website photos, right? Actual photos of the materials would be helpful.

The granite pics are ones I took of the actual slabs. The door and tile are from a website but are pretty good the only difference that the tile is slightly more white than in the pic.

Here's a photo of my slab and floor and the installed results. Hope that helps.

The lighter / beige stone is more porous and will need a little more attention when sealing and cleaning.
