I actually think handles and pulls can be pretty expensive. Years ago, I bought mine at Restoration Hardware, so probably paid too much. Lowes has some nice choices, but even their nice ones can run a little high. I think it's an important element in a nice kitchen like yours, so I'd make sure they have the right look and quality, finding the best price you can to achieve that. I've seen some nice websites with lots of nice handles and pulls.

There are so many options it really just depends. If you want a solid bronze or something more decorative then you will pay a lot more. I used I would say a mid range in our remodel from top knobs. We had long-ish pulls and I'd say the most expensive was maybe $15-20.
