I just got it this spring, too, and glad I bought early. FCN announced they're all out for the season. It's very easy to use and so far it seems to work well.

Jandey1 this really is the best I've ever used. I just ordered 2 more 64 Oz so they must have more in stock.

I hope it works great. IMO the best litmus test will be determined in how well the plants bloom next year. So certainly let us know how that works but keep in mind all your blooms right now are based on what you did last year.

I have been using Excalibur IX for 3 months now. And I believe my specimens look a lot better just healthyer altogether we will see what happens this summer and next year

Last year, for the first time, I mixed up 5-gal buckets of fertilizer water and used that to water the plumerias nearly every watering --all summer. So they were very strong going into the winter. And even in early Spring I mixed up a very, very weak fert. mixture to start them on. I'm getting a lot of developing inflos now.

because of winter hibernation and container growing I really think its a long term investment. My rule of thumb is half the fertilizer twice as often. In other words a weaker application strength more often keeps a steady supply of nutrients without spikes and dips. particularly when dealing with water soluble fertilizers.

So as an example if a grower has a manufacturer recommended application of 2 tablespoons every thirty days then you can apply one tablespoon every fifteen days and still be in scope of the manufacturer's recommendations.
