Hi Joy, I'm thinking 4 hours of sun might be too much, especially if it's hot where you live. Fuschia's tend to like the shade and moist soil. Good luck.

I would re-pot it in a high end soil-less potting mix containing sphagnum peat. It looks overwatered, but there isn't anyway to tell without feeling the weight & the soil. Get a good fertilizer, such as Proven Winners 24-12-17 and fertilize every 3rd watering. I would think the 4 hours of morning sun would be good, but it may indeed be too hot. Fuchsias benefit from a nice constant breeze or anything to keep them slightly cooler in really warm zones. Good luck
