Square Footage?

How much was the square footage and the cost to restore just the house? Can you post the pre-restored condition of the house?

    The square footage of the completed house is 7,120 SF. The project involved the demolition of non-historic structures that had been added over the years and the construction of new additions. The project cost is not something I will disclose. See attached photos of the house as it was before the project commenced.

    Thank you! Is there an email where I can correspond with you privately? I was interested in purchasing a home but got discouraged with a big to-do list which some even considered it was a tear-down material. A 1928 colonial revival that it 3881 square feet. By the way, you have created a beautiful piece of art with your renovation. Salute to you and the homeowners for saving this home!
