I'd suspect Convolvulus arvensis, common bindweed. Did you see any flowers? Usually produces large, pure white, morning glory type flowers.

Hard weed to eradicate.

The bloom is very small. You can see it in this photo I've added.

There are actually two different vines here.

The fruit isn't from the same plant as the flowers. The first plant has different lobed leaves and has tendrils too. I'd guess some sort of Bryonia for the first plant.

The second vine has heart shaped leaves and no tendrils. The bloom cluster isn't that of a Convolvulus species. I'd guess Polygonum convolvulus for the second plant.
