Lily Scaling... What to do now?

I scaled a "Easter Lily" on 5-30-15 and put the scales in a bag of slightly damp vermiculite, and kept it in a cupboard above my stove since then.

Now the scales have a few good sizes little bulbs, and a few of those have two little fuzzy roots growing out of the bulbs.

My question is what I need to do now? Do I need to cold store them? If I do, do I keep them in the ziplock baggie they are currently in and just keep the bag in cold storage for roughly 10 to 12 weeks? Do I need to move them to my florescent grow lights to leaf out?

This was a plant that I had purchased from Walmart that was listed as a "Easter Lily" but I have my doubts, as they could have been just an plain white Asiatic lily.
