This is the first bloom from a trade with Darlene. Thank you Darlene! A generous bare root plant that has 6 new p bulbs that are growing well. In addition I was able to take a piece from the generous trade and I have another for trade with 2 new p bulbs plus back bulbs.

I have grown encyclias on and off for many years with modest success. We had a speaker 2 years ago that specialized and gave an informative presentation. Helped me a lot. So now I have several encyclias. Does every encyclia have those red stripes on the lip? Many are fragrant too.
