Hi! This is a fabulous design. We just had a portico built on our house here in NC and used your design as an inspiration. Unfortunately, our builder is NOT you, and they seem unsure about how to finish it and it is quite frustrating! First, I notice there are no gutters on your design. Am I missing a design feature? Also, our builder seems at a loss as to how to give us a smooth front to the fascia. Ridiculous we should be trying to find a solution for him! At a loss! Right now he has a piece of plywood stuck up there with unfinished edges, etc.. looks terrible! Wish you were in NC!!
