Hey there- this is my first season growing garlic & having recently harvested over 1000 bulbs, I'd say it was quite a success. I had opted to go with stacking pallets for the curing process- a cylinder block between every pallet, the garlic laid out in a single layer, and 2 fans running on them at all times. A week & a half into the process, a green mold has appeared. Devastating! Have any of you experienced this? & more importantly is there any way I can halt the molding and save the garlic?

Any help would be appreciated!
