Hi

My tree has been growing its main crop (fruits are about size of my big toe, still hard green). In the past 1 month, I notice its also growing alot of leaves (large healthy leaves) and new buds for new leaves/branches as well . Should I pinch off the large older leaves, and prune some new buds/branches so the tree can focus energy on its fruits? It is still a young tree (1 yr old - 5ft tall, trunk 1.5" diameter - in large pot)
