My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What area is the dormer? It seems to be a lighted room but looks as if it is part of the entry porch.

      Thank you so much for sharing! I promise to post photos soon. We are still waiting on rough-ins to be completed. I love the message in the concrete. We added scriptures to the studs. Did you guys floor the space over the garage for storage?

      We did floor that space so lots of great storage. We turned 4 car garage into 3 and used the space for storage and a mud room. Home is inArbor Springs Newman. Drive all way to new section you will find it!

      Can I just put my two sense in and say I love seeing Jesus and Scripture being added to the foundations of these homes! We too went through and wrote Scripture verses on the slab floor of every room in the house. - Danielle Sater

      The interior will be shades of warm grey. "Functional Gray", Alpaca, Doors will be "Hammered Silver." Trim is a very light grey. I hope to post painted walls very soon:)
