My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Table size and scale

Is the table 60 inches round? I love the scale of the light over the table. Is there a correct proportion for table to room size?

    The room dimensions are 20' x 20' with 9'6" walls. We don't have a recommendation on the table to room proportion scale as so many factors play in. Other furniture, access ways in and out of the room etc. all have to be factored in. One helpful tip might be that there should be 2.0-2.5' of open space around the table (with chairs pulled out) for comfortable egress from the room.

    Unfortunately we do not have specific information on the chandelier but it was purchased at Heritage Lighting in Lambertville, NJ.
