Great bathroom. It has a lot going for it. I don't think that it's boring, just under-decorated. Some ideas:
Paint or wallpaper the walls. Although I don't know what colors you like, you could warm it up by bringing in soft color or even have a wallpaper with a bit of gold in it.
Add a frame made to go around the mirror over the sinks, maybe in gold tones similar to your chandelier.
Put a dresser or other cabinet under the TV and make it a color other than the existing cabinets.
Slipcover the vanity chair in a pretty print fabric.
Add some wall art that will tolerate moisture.
