I have 2 frangipani trees about 7 years old and every yeah when June comes all the leaves start getting brown little spots all over the bottom of it. I live in Florida. I have tried different products for pest, diseases etc but nothing seems to work. I'm frustrated, I don't know what else to do to get rid of this problem. At this point I'm still not sure of what this is! Or what is causing it!. My plumies look horrible. Is this a disease? Or bug problem? Please help help.... I've been trying to get rid of this for about 2 +years...
