Don't want to make another post. A lot of m tomato plants are turning yellow and not doing well. I have trimmed off the branches that turn yellow. Some of them fall right off when I bend them. A

Also, when I hold the leaves that turn yellow, the color my hand. What should I do for the plants? I have tried spraying them with a mixture of water, 1 tbsp of baking soda, and vegetable oil.

It can be difficult to tell from pictures, but some of those leaves look very small and deformed. I suppose there can be different causes, but when I see such leaves, my mind goes to herbicide damage. Did you or your neighbors spray herbicides this year? It is sometimes 'hidden' (an intentional component) in lawn feeds. Herbicide can also carry over from store bought, and farm gathered manures, composts, and mulches.

I can't say for sure, but it is a possibility.

My neighbor recently cut down and ground the stump to a mulberry, which I used as mulch. We don't use pesticide on our lawn and our gardener hasn't done anything extra this year. Its too late for new pictures of when they were yellow. I can take pictures of the current shape of the plant, if you can tell me how to take a better photo.

The leaves started to turn yellow. I thought it was blight so I cut them off. Some of them had the whole stem turn yellow and would 'peel' right off from the main stem with a slight tug. I sprayed 1 tbsp baking powder + a washed out windex container of water + minced garlic on them. After 5 days or so the plan thinned out some more with the brown and droopy stems. Never had it this bad. Last year it was a few lower leaves that turned yellow, cut hem off and everything was fine. This year even the top leaves and stems are not doing well.

No, it's not necessarily the quality of the images, my mind doesn't process 3 dimensions in photos.

But, as an example, in the 'whole plant' picture found in your first comment, the plant leaves look very full and healthy. They are very well formed and have good color. However, in some of the pics, depth perception can get confusing, and a leaf that is further away may resemble one that is small and deformed.

Along with soil and fertilizer issues, there are viruses that can cause bad leaf formation. I'm sorry I'm not being much help. Someone more knowledgeable about tomato specific problems may help, but they will probably need the soil, or medium make-up, watering history, and fertilizers used, and at what intervals.
