My dining table is multi-purpose, so I'm going to have to protect the surface. But I want to keep my formal look. Does anyone have a solution? Is there some sort of fitted transparent dining room table "pad" that would solve this dilemma? I'd use a glass cover, but I'm afraid that I'd break it if I need to extend the table. Ideas?
