Consider floating shelves between the wall and concrete pillar and put pottery pieces to make it an art instillation or treat it like a book shelf. Agree you need a bigger TV stand and you might want to look at buffets. Coffee table doesn't make since. Your love seat will need some sort of table beside it and the depth of your love seat will allow you to put a coffee table beside it.

For more seating consider putting your current love seat with it's back against the window and as close as possible to "the pillar". You should then have room for a couch or another love seat where the deep love seat was. Then put your chair with it's back to the kitchen.

Looks like half your rug is under your love seat, pull it out some more and let more of it be seen.
