Somebody please reply. My plants are dying and I'm very disappointed. Gardening is not supposed to be heartbreaking :(

I have the same problem going on. I'm treating it like a fungal issue. Pull off all damage just snap off the whole leaf stalk and discard. Then I'm spraying healthy foliage with Buyer Serenade anti fungal. It's okay to spray beans with it. Organic fungicide. Just wash off beans prior to eating. I'm essentially treating the issue similarly to tomato early blight. New vines grow out in the newly exposed vine areas where the leaves were removed. Se how yours is starting from the ground up. That's because rain/watering splashes soil up onto the leaves and the fungus spores then grow on the leaves. I'm no expert, just what I am doing.

I've heard/read of people using baking soda for fungal control. So google it for a recipe and try it. Something is better than nothing. I'd rip out the leaves showing signs of it.

So many leaves showing it. I'd be taking out the entire patch.

while this won't help with your plants, I am working with some highly rust resistant breeding stock crossed to Fortex pole beans. Within a couple of years I should have some seed available that produces good beans and never gets rust or a couple of other diseases.

Can't wait for that. I'm loosing my plants to this and it's heartbreaking.

The pole beans look ok. My plants got rust last year and still produced very well.
