My lovely neighbor cut down & dropped his trees on my newly planted maple tree a few years ago - breaking off some of the upper branches on my young Maple. Since then, my Maple tree's leaves are yellow for the better part of the year. It doesn't appear to be growing. Is there anything I can do to make it green & growing again?
