P. 'Blue Bouquet' will have light colored filaments when grown in bright light. I think you are in Florida, so you won't be able to see the dark filaments until you grow this hybrid in the shade. I had it in full sun in Southern California and the flowers looked like the flower in your photo, not like the original plant grown by Patrick Worley in Watsonville, where the light is much less intense.
