Any weed killer used in the lawn or elsewhere?

I don't use any weed killer. My lawn probably has more weed than grass.

any manure used in part of the garden?

I've mixed in miracle grow and some bagged compost. Not sure what's in the compost. I can upload a pic of the bag in the morning..

Can the bugs me aphids, that suck out nutrients and kill the plant slowly?

making it easier to get blight as well? Does blight color your hand yellow?

Lots of bugs can be hosed off. Try that first before bringing in the big guns. You can also use soapy water, insecticidal soap or neem oil. Don't spray if it's above 90º.

I squish the bugs when I see them. What soap is safe to use?

Are the bugs aphids or something else?
