Help! We're building a house and have an 11 x 12' room at the front with floor to ceiling windows and 12' ceiling. We will put 4 chairs & a center table for a conversation area, travel pictures on the walls. I ordered a drum light I saw on Pottery Barn I fell in love with and it's 26" wide. Now that it has arrived, it looks HUGE. We're not quite ready for light fixtures, so I have time to return/replace it. I was thinking with the big windows and high ceiling I would be able to do the large size but boy is this a big light and I'm afraid it will look ridiculous. Thanks for your thoughts.
