Welcome back! I don't know what the soil is like in Canton but it is likely pretty similar to central Ohio and that is far from acidic enough for blueberries. If you want to grow them in ground, you need to prepare a bed with lots of peat moss and make sure it has good drainage--like elevated a little bit. I have only had success growing them in pots -- 2/3 peat moss and 1/3 chopped leaves and some sand (you can ask in the container gardening forum for more expert potting mix advice). They like to be mulched with pine needles. I don't know of any free fertilizer other than composted leaves, yard clippings, kitchen waste, coffee grounds etc. (chick into the composting forum as well!) You can usually get free coffee grounds at shops like Starbucks. If you must water with city water, add a small amount of vinegar to a bucket of water and water with that (that is to maintain proper soil acidity). Hope this all helps.

I bought two plants from Lowes, in Alliance and the tags state that cross-pollination with another blueberry variety is needed to produce quality fruit. Maybe you don't have a fertilizer problem, but only that the plants need another variety as companions.
