i have two hardy hibiscus "midnight marvel" plants. One is fine, the other developed problems starting about June 20th. The new leaves curl and turn dry and hard. There is no trace of bug damage under a magnifing glass. Used a sprray insect treatment and Bayer systemic treatment. Sprayed with a fungicide also to no avail. Can't find this problem when i google it.
