My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I came from the trash can.

One of my girlfriend had about 8 desert rose last year. She didn't have time to care for them last winter, so all of them died except this one. It was the smallest and already started to rot, she threw it in the trash. It was terrible looking then.

I came over for a visit and dug it out from her trash can, after she mentioned about it. I took it home scraped out the rot part and nurse it back to life. It is how it looks today.

I will graft other colors later when the branches are stronger.
