I'm looking for an evergreen groundcover, preferably native to Pennsylvania or NE U.S., which will tend to hang down over an ugly pond liner. The groundcover will be planted in soil, but the trailing part of the plant won't be in contact with soil. Does such a creature exist? Thanks.
