Recessed vs hung

Do you have a picture of the fireplace just hung on a wall? How far into the wall does it go if you are going to recess it?

Thanks for your question.

Unfortunately, we do not have an image depicting this model as a wall hung unit.

It's most popular recessed. Although it may be hung, the black firebox in the rear will be visible and the depth is more than most care for. (We've attached an illustration of the side view, as it would be seen if hung).

When recessing the Ardella, you would need a cutout of: 49" wide, 17 1/2" high and 6 1/2" deep.
