Pepper Plants Dying Multi-system Problems

Please help. My pepper plants are dying. I've attached pictures to help with the diagnosis. I think there are several problems from watering, to fungus, to insects, to fertilizer. The main concern now is that all new growth turns brown black and dies immediately without flowering. What is the suggested course of action? Thanks.

Well for sure you have a worm problem on the one on the left. I would flip it over and check under. They hare hard to find so look carefully. Some of the smaller holes could be from pincher bugs too. Its probably one of those green inch worms.

The other problems could range from overwatering, too small a pot, not enough fertilizer, bad soil, even a weak plant. I think we need more details on what is happening.

    How much water?

    Did you fertilize?

    what kind of soil?

    How much sun per day?

    You get the idea.

    Thanks

That's three different plants, correct? And you want to know which problem is affecting which plant?

What is the suggested course of action?

Thanks for offering to help. There are actually 3 different types of pepper plants. The two in the back are relatively unscathed. They are a ghost and jalapeno. The two in the front I don't know the type of pepper, but its kind of like a short and fat tabasco pepper. Really my favorite. Regardless they are taking a beaten and I am trying to save them.

I don't water. We are in south Florida and get rain just about every day. I am more concerned about potential over watering.

As for fertilizer I tried using some slow release little black pellets in one and in the other I used some old red miracle grow powder that you need to mix with water.

The soil is the same for both. It is the Miracle Grow blue bag that prevents over and underwatering.

Sun per day is approximately 10 hours of direct sunlight.

Finally as for the leaves, yes there are little black spots and also white spots on the under side. There are also little spider web look spots between the stems.

I guess I would first need to get the pest problem under control and I am open to suggestions for products and treatment. I am just concerned because I've never seen all of the new flowering growths turn brownish black and die. Kind of like a biblical plague on my plants.

Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
