this must happen a lot on here but I'm new to the worm bin/composting. I'm Shaun by the way.

I have a can o worms I got years ago which I just started up again the other week. I brought 1kg of tiger worms to start me off. My question is how much should I be feeding a week roughly? I know I could find it on her possibly but I thought I would say hi in the process.

i want to get that right first before getting in to too much information lol. Also could someone point me or link me to some good starter info that's on this forum ;-)
