Here we go again. We need lots and lots more information before anyone can begin to tell if you really do have a problem.

First, how did you receive your plant two weeks ago? Did someone give it to you? did you purchase it at a store? Or was it shipped to you through the mail, or a shipping service?

Orchid blooms are alive. All living things die. Do you know how long the blooms had been on the plant before you got it? If you purchased it in a store, do you know how long it was there before you purchased it, and whether the employees there know anything about caring for orchid plants....most don't.

Where are you located? how are you growing the plant? How much light, how often do you water it, and how.

All these things are necessary to know before we can hope to determine if you really do have a problem.

Your plant looks healthy enough. Did you receive it in the fine bark mix it is in, or did you repot it?

If the plant was shipped to you with open blooms, that is probably why they are blasting. Very few open blooms survive long shipping trips, and most shippers will not ship plants with buds close to opening.

If you purchased the plant from a local store, you have no way to know how long the blooms had been open, or what kind of treatment they got at the store.

If someone gave the plant to you, ask them how long the plant had been in bloom before you got it.

We need some answers in order to tell where the problem is. Right now I suspect you are not the cause of the blooms blasting, because the top blooms look ok, and I am going to guess they opened since you got the plant. I'm also going to guess they will last much longer than the others did. That will be because you gave them better care, assuming your culture sheet is good. You might want to go on line and look at Phalaenopsis culture, and be sure the culture instructions you received with the plant are good.
