Need help identifying something that is growing in my Blueberry Shrub

I'm
a newcomer of a Blueberry shrub I bought back in April from Home Depot. Somewhere
in June I notice something was growing from the roots. Should I be concerned
because I'm not sure if it's part of the shrub or something I should pull out?
