I'm thinking of carrara herringbone for kitchen backsplash and looking for a a countertop that goes well with it. I'm too scared of marble countertops and I came across this photo. What is this countertop material?

    This is a black granite with a honed finish. It's works lovely with the marble backsplash and it SO much more durable!

    I think it is made by New Ravenna and the style is Raj. It comes in similar color combinations.
