"Little woodland," is an apt description of this plant. I couldn't think of the words to describe it earlier. When I first saw it I thought of little scottish woodland elves going hither and thro among the "trees."

Kadie, rumours say that Tony has moved out of his home. The arabicum simply outgrew his bathtub, then the whole livingroom and finally he had to leave. The branches were sticking out of the windows! Can you believe it?? ;-)

There is not very much changes to the adenium. I have added some flowering inducer to it a week ago and now some flower bud appear at the tip. Some of the leaves are having brown spot. Is it due to the rain (raining every day the past week) or some fungus?

Tony, I think you are right--the spots could very well be from standing water. Some of my plants have those spots also due to the rains we had been having. There is no treatment for it other than moving the plant to a sheltered bright area to keep rain off the leaves.

Itran54, The flowering inducer was recommended by the nursery people. He said that it is good for flowering plant and fruit trees. It has a formula of N8 P14 K21 TE & HA. Sorry I do not know what is the TE & HA are for. I will post a photo when fully bloom. Thanks

Marie those are the levels of Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium as in your fertilizers.

Tony - did you do any branch pruning or any sort of root training with this tree or did you just leave it to do its own thing and it turned as it is now?

Thank you Tracy, I never pay attention to these ingredients. All I know is osmocote 14 14 14 and miracle gro liquid mix 20 20 20 nothing else.

Thanks Phil and members of gardenweb, this plant was grown as a natural way and no root training or branch pruning. I just leave it to grow naturally. My others adenium obesum were done with a lot of pruning and root training. Refer to my older post. Thanks
