Seems to me something not kosher with the new leaf coming in this phal. The right part that looks lime green is very soft, almost mushy, and the tip dried up. When the leaf first popped up the tip was normal. And the rest of that leaf is lighter green than normal. The part below the lime green that looks white isn't white - it's the light. Nothing like that happening with the other Phals. This is not a new plant. Had it several years. Blooms every year. Nothing new in culture. No bugs. Nothing added to plant room.
